Tala Delvarani
As an integrative Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a rich variety of experiences, I bring a unique perspective to the world of therapy. With a passion for fostering emotional well-being and strengthening relationships, I am committed to guiding individuals, couples, and families toward holistic healing and growth.
My journey began with a foundation in psychology at Pepperdine University, where I developed a deep understanding of human behavior while obtaining my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. There I learned the tools to approach therapy from a systemic and relational standpoint.
What sets me apart is my diverse background, which has instilled in me a profound respect for cultural variations and a keen sensitivity to the intersectionality of identities. Having lived and interacted with different cultures, I recognize the significance of tailoring therapeutic approaches to honor each individual’s unique background.
With an integrative spirit, a multicultural outlook, and a dedication to fostering healthy connections, I am enthusiastic about embarking on therapeutic journeys with those seeking positive change. My goal is to create a safe and affirming space where clients can explore their stories, navigate challenges, and embrace transformation in the context of their individual and collective narratives.
I am currently working under the supervision of Dr. Elham Abouhamzeh.
